Cranks but will not start

Have the car listed above with a 307 v8 motor. I have replaced the battery the carburetor, the starter, the ignition control module, plugs and plug wires, distributor cap, the rotor and the pick up coil but it still will not start. It cranks sounds like it's going to start then nothing. And kind of sluggish sounding. Please, I don't know what more to do. Someone please help! Also we have replaced the head gaskets and valve cover gasket and valley pan gaskets.

It sounds like the timing chain has jumped. we can confirm the issue by a compression test. here is a guide to help:
