I replaced the fuel filter spark plugs camshaft sensor coil packs and the starter, and it still won't turn over. It has fuel, spark and air.

When you say it won't turn over, you mean it will not start? So, it cranks but will not fire?

If that is the case then we need fuel, spark, air, and compression. So, if you have spark and there are no restrictions in the intake system, how did you check for fuel?

We need to check the actual fuel pressure to find out if the pump is supplying the needed pressure.

Here is a guide that will help with this:

Basically, just because we are hearing the pump run or check for fuel with the valve at the fuel rail, doesn't give us the needed info to determine if this is a fuel issue.

Mostly because the pump can run but still not produce pressure, we need to check the pressure and find out it is.

Here is another guide that will get us further down this path depending on what the pressure is:

Please run through this and let us know what you find.

Thanks
