checked both alternator/battery both good

Sounds like you have a excessive parasitic draw. You will need to have a parasitic draw test done.

Hello,

It sounds like you might have bumped a connector off for the crankshaft angle sensor, did you disconnect the battery before doing the job? if not please check all fuses is case one might of blown.

Hi Ken, thanks for your advice, yes I had taken the battery off since it was flat, now it starts but raves on its own as if its off timing.

This is normal, it should relearn its self after you drive it for a while.

Thanks a lot Ken, at least I can now relax, stress free. There are a few mechanics in our country and too expensive
