Hi george hall. Welcome to the forum. Since the problem started with the new crank sensor, are you aware of the need to set the proper air gap? There are two ways to do this. Replacement sensors from the dealer use a thick paper spacer that is stuck onto the end of the sensor to set the gap. It just slides off when the engine is started. Some aftermarket replacement sensors have a thin plastic rib molded on the end. It wears away when the engine runs. When that type is removed and reinstalled, the remaining rib must be cut off and a paper spacer is used.

I just replaced the crankshaft sensor and attempted to start the truck. It attempted to turn over and then stopped attempting. It turned into a no crank condition. What could cause this to happen?

If the starter stopped working, check to see if there is power to the smaller wire when the ignition switch is in the start position. If there is power, chances are the starter went bad. If there is no power, check the starter relay to see if there is power there and the relay is working.

Its on top of cylinder block rear of right cylinder head. It should have a bolt holding it in remove the bolt and then remove the crank shaft sensor.
