Crank no start

I just replaced ects and starter but it still will not start and there's a gas smell after attempts to start.

Hi,

When you smell gas, usually either there is a pressure issue or there is no spark to the spark plugs to burn the fuel. With that, the first thing I need you to do is check to see if there is spark to the spark plugs. Here is a link that explains how it is done:
