When applying the clutch and the brakes while coming to a stop it revs high

revs high when applying clutch and brakes at the stop sign. Changed idling valve and TPS.
Any tips please?

we have no information on this car as it is not sold in US. but scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge and check for a vacuum leak. also, clean throttle plate and IAC hole with choke cleaner on both sides. See link for fuel pressure test.
