Car over heated. Put in new thermostat. While burping the system. Fans wont come on. Changed temp sensor. Fans still wont come on. Tested relays all good. Thinking the chinese temp sensor is bad

So there are two cooling fans, if you turn the AC on do the fans come on? If not lets check the COOL FAN HIGH and COOL FAN LOW fuses in the under hood fuse panel, also there is a main system ground G101 at the left front of the engine compartment which must be connected, if the fans still wont come on the motors themselves can be bad, also we should run the codes to see if any are present this guide can help.
