Cooling fan not working?

Went to jump a friend a few months ago. Our vehicle overheated. Since then it overheats randomly. We figured out the cooling fan is not turning on. We pulled it out and tested it. Worked fine. Still replaced to be sure and still is not working. No clue where to go next. Please help us! Only car we have for our family.

More than likely you have a head gasket issue. We need to start with testing this to find out for sure if it is failed. Here is a guide that will help with this:

More than likely you will need to get the engine hot and then perform this test as they may not show up as failed if they are cold.
