I have a coolant leak, but it is only leaking out from under the coolant reservoir after I turn the car off. The water pump is working because the coolant is cycling through the engine. Could it be the thermostat being stuck?

It does sounds like the engine is overheating and then boils over. Are the cooling fans on before you shut the engine off?

Here is a guide you can go over as well:

Please let us know what happens.

I found that the coolant resovoir itself had a crack in it and when the coolant got hot n pressure built up it leaked. I replaced the resovoir n the problem was solved. Thank you for ur response to my question
