Hello,

I would try a higher temperature thermostat. Also you might try cutting down your percentage of coolant and decreasing the amount of water. Coolant raises the boiling point of the water to well above 212 degrees. Also, you might try blocking the grille of your vehicle. By not letting air through to the engine it allows engine to collect and trap heat. Another idea, though I am not a big fan of, is to restrict your vehicles exhaust, creating back pressure. I understand that engine is nothing more than an air pump and the key to making horsepower is air in/air out, but restricting the exhaust will bring your engines temperature up. You don't want to choke it out, but it's an idea. Anyway I hope these ideas help.

Thanks,
Alex
