Coil not sending spark

The car was driving great in fifth gear. I looked down and the rpm’s dropped to zero. The car would not start. We have no spark and the coil is good. What do I check next?

When you say the coil is good, what are you basing that one? Did you replace it already?

If the coil is good then we need to suspect the crankshaft position sensor first and foremost. Without a signal from the crank it will cause the engine to shut down.

If this is okay then we need to move onto the other components of the ignition system, but let's start with the crank sensor.

I went ahead and replaced the ICM. Still no fire. Someone walked upped and notice timing belt had snapped. Thank you for your help. First time using this service. Awesome. I really appreciate what you do for folks. Have a great day.
