When up to normal operating temperatures (hot), the clutch will not engage.

When you say will not engage, do you have pedal pressure and when pushed you cannot change gears? If so you may have a contaminated clutch plate with either engine or transmission oil causing it to become sticky and binding up, regardless I feel you will have to remove the transmission and inspect for any damage or contamination problems.

Thanks for reply. Yes, there is a little pressure. I think it is "normal", just the master pushing the slave. I can change gears without pushing on pedal. Binding is what I was thinking too, the clutch is binding for some reason and not releasing after it gets hot. Do you think I could spray some WD40 through the inspection hole trying to clean the shaft? Pulling transmission is expensive, but you are probably right. Thanks again.

Lube spray won't be any good, you need to pull the box which is not a lot of work and inspect the clutch system
