After replacing ignition cluster and air conditioning not working

Air conditioner and cluster was working well. I changed ignition now no cluster, no door ding, no air. Only back light in cluster works with headlights on. Any help greatly appreciated. I reset key to ignition by turning key to on position three times fifteen minutes. Car runs well just no cluster or air now.

Please start by checking the fuses here is a guide and the fuse locations.

If all okay here is the ignition wiring diagrams can you check to see if you have power when the key is on to the dark green wire on of the switch?
