Hello, the vehicle's engine is working perfectly but when the gear lever is moved from park to reverse, one will hear a sudden clunk noise and sudden movement of the vehicle. I scanned the vehicle but I couldn't find any codes on the transmission. I have replaced the engine and transmission mount but the problem persist. I have replaced the CV shaft on both sides (complete ). I also changed transmission oil and replaced the filter but the problem still persist.
When the gear lever stick is moved from park to reverse it will clunk suddenly but when it moved from reverse to drive it won't occurred, when moved from drive to park it will not occurred. Moving it from park to reverse again it will occurred.

This is almost always a mount issue. So when you say you replaced the engine and transmission mount, was this all of them?

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/replace-motor-mounts

If the mounts are not the issue then the next likely issue is a possible RPM issue. Where does the vehicle idle?

Then we need to check the suspension components including the control arms

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/lower-control-arm-bushing-replacement

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/upper-control-arm-replacement

Also, we need to suspect a possible torque converter/pump issue if this all checks out.

I included testing below but this requires removing the converter which is clearly not fun without more proof so let's start with this other info first.
