Whenever I accelerate from a rolling stop or sometimes when I am completely stopped I hear a clunk/click on the front driver side wheel well area.

So far I have replaced the CV axles, lower control arms, front struts, springs, and bearing plate (quick strut). All of the motor/transmission mounts, and ball joints. Still no luck.
I put my car on a lift and spun the front wheel back and forth and the sound it makes is almost identical to the sound I am trying to figure out. I will try and add the video of the wheel spinning by hand sound.

Check your wheel bearing that is more than likely the problem once it is out and if in one piece see if you can feel any rough spots on it you can also drive in a circle in an empty parking lot in the other direction and it will normally whine or increase in clicks cause its going faster

I do have vibrations occasionally when I accelerate on a turn. This noise is one single clunk when going straight on a take off and even a rolling take off. When I put the car on the lift and spun the wheels backwards and than really fast forward the noise sounds like it's coming from where the inner cv joint meet the differential gears in the transmission. I also hear a whine like you mention but that could be my power steering pump because my power steering assist doesn't feel like it's at 100%. Could a damaged wheel bearing cause the noise to sound like it's coming from the differential?
