Clicking noise when turn the wheel

When I turn left or right car makes clicking noise and when I am slowing down to stop the steering wheel shakes. What could it be? Please help me.

Hi,

Where is the clicking noise coming from?
The steering wheel shaking could be due to bad tires, brake rotor run-out, excessive play of wheel bearings or steering linkages. You ought to have these checked.
