When I go to start up my truck it made a clicking noise in the (facing the engine) top left corner and will not start. I am thinking it might be the starter but I'm not too sure. I get multiple clicks when I try to turn the engine on.

Check battery for condition and load test first. Then check to see if starter gets same voltage as battery it shold have 12.4volts minimum static. Then have an assistatnt try tostart turck and while he is doing that you hit body of starter with hammer. If it starts replace starter

Youi'll have to have a pro look at this then so he canactually hear the sound. It cold be aproblem where starter mates to engine and flywheel is worn casuing it.
