Circuits have no power at fuse box

I have no ignition or battery power at the radio, I have tested at the fuse box on the left side of the dash and neither fuse has power on the distribution side. I do not see any fuses in the box under the hood for this. I am also finding the same for the wipers and power windows. What might the root of the problem be?

Good afternoon,

The ignition switch is what controls power to the fuse block for all the fuses that you listed. I attached the diagram for you to view.

It looks like the ignition switch is the issue.
