Our 2001 van's dashboard lights do not light up, the power locks do not work, the turn signals do not work, the interior lights do not work, and the heat and air controls do not work. Also the front lights only come on when the car is switched on. We feel as though it is a fuse, but we do not know how to locate the fuse box. We have located one near the battery. All of those fuses seem to work, at least the ones we can check. Please help!

Check under the dash on the driver's side. Also, I believe these things are in different circuits, so one fuse isn't going to be the problem. Try disconnecting the battery for about 10 minutes to see if it resets the body control module (BCM). If it doesn't have it checked.
