This sounds like your COOLANT HOUSING IS CRACKED. I say that because I just fixed the same problem with my car in December.

BE VERY CAREFUL! Because you're leaking coolant, your car will overheat much more easily and you can end up stalling out at really dangerous times. For us we kept stalling/overheating in the middle of intersections. So be warned, this could become a seriuos situation very quickly.

It cost me about $700CAD to replace the coolant housing and thermostat and a few other related items. You WILL have to repair it or the car will become unsafe to drive (see the stalling comments above).

Unfortunately, I recently learned that this is a problem specific to Chryslers; most vehicles don't have problems like this unless they've been in an accident.

So good luck.

If coolant housing was cracked it would show up somewhere when pressure test was done, It could be a very minor head gasket into cylinder that is not visual yet out the exhaust, I hope not for your sake. Try a compression test on all cylinders to verify or not
