1999 Chrysler Sebring oil light comes on when stopped and n

When the car is moving the oil pressure is fine when I stop the light comes on I have been putting it in neutral and keeping slight pressure on the gas also new prob today the heat only works when the car is moving the fan blows cold air when stopped

HI there,

I think we should look at the oil problem first, I would like you to get an oil pressure test done using a mechanical gauge, thi swill give us a true indication as to the oil pressure, get a reading cold idle, hot idle and hot 1500RPM, post the readings here.
