NO HOT AIR COMING OUT WHEN HEATER IS TURNED ON, I HAVE MADE SURE THERE IS A
THERMOSTAT [REPLACED IT] WITH NEW ONE
HAVE MADE SURE CORE IS NOT CLOGGED,
PLEASE HELP ME FIGURE THIS ONE OUT!

Check if it has a heater control valve if so check it. Could also be a problem with the air mix/blend/mode/recirc door problems to include vacuum, actuator and HVAC control module-
