1999 Chrysler Cirrus brake lights

Well I change the brake lights in my left side but it still doesn't work. I look at the fuse but they all still work what should I do next

If the ones on the right side are burning then take a test light and check if there is power going to bulb socket. Let me know I will try to find wiring diagram in the mean time in case we need it to solve this
