1997 Chrysler Cirrus losing antifreeze

Losing antifreeze, but have heat, not over heating, not sure where to look for leak, would the water pump cause the problem, check engine light on too. If so, replacing water pump would I have to replace timing belt, would I have to put into time

Yes you wll have to replace the timing belt and set the timing, go to autozone and have them scan your vehicle for trouble codes and bring them back to me, I will look them up. Also you could be loosing coolant in the combustion chamber, otherwise known as a blown head gasket.
