Abs light is on. And to add when light is not on the brakes pulsate. When on brakes work fine.

The pulsating sensation is showing that the ABS is working perfectly. When the ABS light is on (brake works fine - no pulsation), that means the ABS is not working properly or at all. ABS diagnostic can only be performed using Chrysler DRB scan tool, but you can perform a visual inspection prior to the visit to the dealership.
