Ok this will sound stupid but hang with me here. Have someone sit in the car and you walk behind it. Have the person in the car push on the brakes and then see if the brake lights come on. I am willing to bet your top one above the rear window will go on but the left and right one wont. I dont remember the reasons but the cruise control ties in with the circuit on your brake lights. If the brake lights dont go on when you press the brake then that is it. Then if that is the case inspect the bulbs, and in my case my bulbs appeared good but I replaced them anyways then I had brake lights and cruise again. I lately answered many forums on this problem and oddly enough people said their bulbs looked good but when they replaced them it worked. Welll good luck

Also pay close attention to the sockets when replacing the bulbs. Make sure they are not loose or burnt.
