Brakes problem
1997 Chevy Truck V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

trying to change a brake booster on a 97 /1500 chevy truck. The linkage on the old booster has a clipon the pin. Not enough room to get to it. Can I or do I have to disconnect the steering colum to get access to it, not much space for an oversized hand to fit. Other than that I would have finshed 3 hours ago. Please, any ideas !

Already got it, struggled with it until I won. The pin has a groove in it and the clip slips over the pin and recesses over the head of the pin. Not as easy as it sounds. Your answer didn't come quick enough. Thanks anyway.
