Did you do any testing before you replaced anything? How is the fuel pressure? Are there any codes?
With TBI can you see the injector/s spray pattern, with the vehicle cranking? Even if the pattern looked ok, you still need to check pressure? You could use a noid lite on the injector plug, see if there is a pulse, with the engine cranking.
You could do some testing at the fuel pump relay connector. Two terminal should be hot with the engine cranking. There should be a fuel pump prime connector close to the relay, if you run B+ to the connector, the pump should run. You don't have to use the key on that test.
