How do I remove the front upper and lower ball joints. A pickle fork is not working

You may need an air hammer with a ball joint bit. The fork you have is more for tie rods. You could try heating with a torch if no air hammer is avaiable.

Or put the nut part way back on and use a hammer and hit the side of the housing or hit the nut right on. This usually pops it loose.
