1982 Chevy Truck Pulling the transmission

1982 Chevy Truck V8 Two Wheel Drive

I am trying to pull my transmission and there is what I believe to be called a TB cable routing from the carburetor down inside the transmission. I need to know how to disconnect this cable?

There is two ways to disconnect that cable, you can disconnect it from the carburetor, or you will have to remove the pan on the transmission, and it has an "S" hook, you can disconnect there to.
