2003 Chevy Tahoe Rear brake rotors

I am told that my Tahoe could require one of two rear brake rotors. One is 20mm thick the other is 30mm thick. Without taking off the one of the tires to measure is there another way to tell so that I can order the correct size?

From what I see there are 6 lug or 8 lug.

3/4 ton and half ton are difference from what I see.

Chevy rotors can be a pita to get the right ones sometimes.

Not sure then buy both sets and return the wrong ones.
