I was wondering if there is a fuse that controls the touch button four wheel drive. When I push the button you can hear it engage but the light on the button doesnt display that its on

As long as the actuator engages, the circuit is good. These indicator lights are leds and they do not always work properly as they age -- it's an internal issue within the switch - not the circuit. If you need to see the indicator light, then replacement of the switch is the only option - but as long as the actual function of the switch is operable, and you can live without the indicator light, replacement is not necessary.
