1998 Chevy Tahoe catalytic converter.

My emissions was acting up so I had ran a diagnostic. It said that the downstream o2 sensors was all messed up so I had replaced them. Now the check engine light had come back on and I ran another diagnostic and now it gave me a code of P0430. It says that the catalyst system low effiency bank 2 is bad. I dont know what that means or what the means are of fixing something like that.

It is either a fault in your wiring *unlikely* or your Catalytic convertor is no more good *likely*

i say this because you already replaced the sensors. And sensor 1 isnt throwing the code.
