Truck does not want to start when it's cold?

97 Tahoe. All of A sudden the truck does not want to start when it's cold. Once it's been running it runs great. Really confused here. Would love to pay for this but we are really struggling right now.

The problem ended up being clogged injectors. I had to put it tin the shop, the owner is my friend and he told me he had never seen this before, he cleaned the "spider web" he called it and now it runs just like it always has.
Also, he called me two weeks later to ask me how the truck was running, I said great why, and he told me that he had another truck similar to mine with the same problem. He did the same thing for that person that he did for me and the problem was fixed.
I just wonder if this could have anything to do with the ethanol being added to our gas.
