2003 Chevy Suburban Blower only works on high.

The blower for the heat/ ac did only work on level 3 but just recently I have to put it all the way to 5 (the highest) for it to work. It moves a lot of air just like it should on level 5. If I have it on 4 and am driving at a decent speed (40 mph or more) it will blow at a low level. Since I've had the truck it never really moved any air at level 1 but it has now gotten much worse.

If the fan is working but not much air is moving, you may have a pluigged cabin filter. Remove the plastic shield under dash passenger side. There is a screw to remove the cover for the cabin filter, pull it out an dsee ifit is full of debris. I have seen them so plugged hardly any air could get through
