Fuel pump replacement instructions

When turning the key over it wants to start but sounds like its not getting enough if any fuel. Before it didn't start it would stall when idling could this be that fuel pump needs to be replaced and where would it be located?

This does sound like a pump issue but we need to confirm this by checking the pressure when you turn the key on.
