1999 Chevy Suburban fuel related

Once in a while driving car will die. Crank and crank will not start. Spray with starting fluid will start but die again. Let set for @10min. Or so will start and run untill next time. Could it be fuel pressure regulator? Thanks Gene

Welcome to the forum, use a gage and check fuel pressure. 5.7 litre engine, 60-66 psi, key on engine off. When the problem occurs, use a noid lite, check for injector pulse.
