1994 Chevy Suburban Not getting Fuel

The truck will not crank up. Have narrowed it to fuel pumping system or electrical power to fuel pumping system.
Any ideas on what it might be? Pump, filter, injectors, fuse?

First thing is to check for voltage at the fuel pump, let me know what you find and we can continue.
