How do you replace the window motor on the passanger and drivers sides?

Have you removed the door panel? If so, you will need to drill out the OEM rivits that hold the motor in place. Remove the motor and replace it with the new one. Also, if I recall, there is a coil spring that you need to make sure doesn't uncoil. Keep an eye out for that. Replace the new motor with nuts and bolts.
