Sorry I can't donate at this time
2000 Chevy Silverado
118K milage, 4.8l

I replaced fuel pump, changing the plug terminal to new one, wiring it into harness.

Is there a fuel pressure issue, do I need to bleed air from the lines, or did I miss a step at disassembly?

Truck won't start, not getting fuel.

Thanks for the reply

no, this is second pump. 1st pump failed 6wks ago, it failed (according to parts guy) because my mechanic/friend didn't switch the harness plug end, which I did yesterday.

Filter replaced less than one week ago at sched. Maint interval

will recheck wiring splices and filter
