Brake lights

I press the brake pedal and the third light on the cab lights up. The fender lights have nothing. I have replaced the bulbs and installed a new brake switch on the pedal and the fuses in the fuse box are good. Am I missing another fuse panel or fusible link?

Under the hood there is a relay center and another fusebox there is 1 relay and 1 fuse in there for the stop lights...it's in the left rear of the engine compatment...
