99 Silverado stalls out when engine cold

I have a 99 Silverado 4X4 with the4.8, and when I first start my truck in the morning and go to take off the engine bogs down when I accelerate but once I get through that I runs fine. I have no check engine light on. I have changed fuel filter added lucas injector cleaner, cleaned air flow sensor with brake cleaner, cleaned out intake with carb cleaner all to no avail. Please Help!

You might need new seals in your tranny

Do I need all seals in tranny or just some?
Will it require a complete rebuild?
Also is this condition what they call morning sickness because the fluid is running out of torque converter at night and in the morning when you go to start it up there is no power till fluid gets back up there?
