2004 Chevy Silverado Wiper motor speed problems

So it turns out my wipers just stopped working the other day. Today I got around to replacing the motor assembly on the wipers and only the high speed works. The variable speeds do not work, also the washer fluid doesnt shoot out when I need it to. What can I do to fix the problem?

I need you to check to see if you are getting power to the both the wiper motor and the W/S washer motor. If you are not, chances are the switch has gone bad.

Let me know what you find.
