2003 Silverado steering

I have an '03 silverado and just had the power steering pump changed. Now when I turn to the left or right an eighth of a turn a lound clunking and grind noise starts. Anyone know what's going on?

It's most likely a bad wheel bearing, you will want to check the hub assembly for replacement.
