Rear disc brakes dragging

Rear pads wear prematurely, less than 4,000 miles. Pads wear evenly inside and out, both sides of vehicle. New rotors, several pad replacements. One caliper replacement. New rear inner and both outer flex brake lines have been replaced. Parking brake shoes replacement as well.

More than likely this is a master cylinder issue because the fact that they are wearing evenly and on both sides that points to the fact that it has to be something that effects both sides equally.

I am attaching the info below from the manual. Just make sure you bench bleed the master before you put it in.
