2000 Chevy Silverado Rear disc brakes dragging

Rear pads wear prematurely, less than 4k. Pads wear evenly inside and out, both sides of vehicle.

New rotors, several pad replacements. One caliper replacement. New rear inner and both outer flex brake lines have been replaced. Parking brake shoes replaced

All recalls are up to date for this vehicle. Front pads wear normally

So you did have the park brake shoe update perfromed under the recall? If it goes off road much you made need to install mud flaps forward of the rear wheels.
