1996 Chevy Silverado engine idleing higher than normal

When driving and I come to a stop, I push in the clutch the engine wants to idle up to around 2200 rpm. I have changed the throttle position sensor, the clutch position switch, and now the idle air control valve. The engine still wants to idle around 2200 rpm when I'm at a stop or if I am slowing down and press the clutch in. The engine is the 5.0 vortec with 5-speed manual

Check it over really good for a vacuum leak. You can usually find them with some carb cleaner spray.
