2001 Silverado 3or 4 cranks to start(idle air vol learn?)

2001 silverado 84,000 cali truck put a cold air intake and a throtle body spacer on it but shortly after to start it would take at least 3 cranks to start if you let it just crank nothing but 3 short cranks and would fire right up no running problems so I was wondering if chevy had a reset sequence for the computer to adjustor a reset for the mass air flow sencer or idle air volume learn any help would be great. This has been a perfect truck

Computer Relearn might work, if not check the fuel pressure.

And again its modified and the PCM is probably confused is to how much airflow the engine is taking in
