1993 Chevy Silverado TPS code 22

The engine of my 93' Chevy pick-up idles high. It also shifts hard. It started a month ago a couple of times, then ran fine for a while. It has started back up again. I get a code of 22. I've replaced the TPS and Idle Air Control valve. Didn't help. Any ideas?

I actually fixed the problem this morning. I had been removing the fuse to the ECM and turning the key to run, thinking it erase its memory. Tried disconnecting the battery for a few minutes. Started it up and it runs just fine now! Yea!
