1990 Chevy Silverado throttle body or fueul pump?

1990 Chevy Silverado V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I am loseing power im my 454 between 1/2 to 3/4 throttle when I add fuel directly to the throttle body it revs just fine. Is there a fuel filter in the throttle body after the in line filter?

I have a 92 with a 350 but im sure the set up is the same. There should not be a filter after the inline one but there is a filter on the botom of the fuel pump in the gas tank. The tank is a pain in the but to drop and get the pump out but this may be your problem.
