No fuel no spark 96 S-10 Blazer

96 S-10 Blazer 4.3 TBI just died on me thought it was the fuel pump replaced it still dead. I have no power going to the fuel pump, and there seems to be no spark. Replaced the ignition control module still nothing. And I cant seem to get a code it just says no link. I'm puzzed any idea's out there, battery seems week could it be a bad module even though its new. Relays seem to be working is there a fuse in the Vehicle Control Module or is it bad. Oh yea it has 96,000 on it

Lets get the fuel to reach the injectors. Below you will find the fuel pump relay. Get help by having someone to cycle the key to On a few times to listen whether the relay is clicking-is it?

Fuel pump relay location below at no.3 left top corner square box.

The relays are working still no juice to the pump and there is no fire at the plugs still baffled

At fuel pump relay at dark green and white wire should have battery voltage coming from the computer-check this out.
